Deputy Sheriff - Recruit Candidates
The completed Physician's Authorization Form is required to participate in the physical agility test. Candidates must have a medical doctor complete and sign this form.

You should familiarize yourself with the Physical Agility Test Standards and MPCTC Substance Abuse Regs so you are prepared to successfully complete this portion of the selection process.
