Application Requirements
Unfolded paper plan submissions are not accepted. You will be called or emailed to come in and fold plans at your convenience. Rolled mylars are accepted. Business hours are Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 4p.m.

Emailed Applications
Development Review submission process for emailing application(s) for  Hansen AP# and Fee's
  1. Send completed application by email. Hansen # and fees due will be emailed back within 2 business days
  2. Pay fees in person to the Treasury Department. Also submit signed application(s) with required number of folded plans to Customer Service Area located at:
    30 N. Market St.
    Frederick, MD 21701
  3. Check the status of a development project.
Walk-In Applications
Development Review submission process for walk-in application(s) for Hansen AP# and fees:
  1. Submit Signed Application(s) with required number of folded plans to Development Review. Hansen # and Fees will be assigned.
  2. Pay fees to the Treasury Department located at:
    30 N. Market St.
    Frederick, MD 21701
  3. Check development project inquiry.
Development Project Inquiry
  • Current Projects: This includes all projects that have been submitted since February 2004, as well as pre-February 2004 projects that have been resubmitted
  • Legacy Projects:This includes all pre-February 2004 projects
