In this manner, one or more Roads Board members, and/or county staff, may have an opportunity to visit the site in advance of the meeting.
The Roads Board is a 5 member appointed board, plus a Frederick County Council liaison.
Roads Board Vacancy There is currently one vacancy on the Roads Board. Applicants must reside in the election district of Woodville, New Market, Frederick, Linganore, Libertytown or Mount Pleasant. The Roads Board provides advice and recommendations to the Division of Public Works, the Office of Transportation Engineering, the Office of Highway Operations, and the County Executive. The Roads Board welcomes public input regarding county maintained roads and bridges.
