Engineering Applications
Unfolded paper plan submissions are not accepted, you will be called or emailed to come in and fold plans at your convenience,  Rolled mylars are accepted. Business hours are Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Email Submissions
The following steps apply to development review submission to emailing application(s) for Hansen AP number and fees:
  1. Send completed application by email to Linda Williamson.
  2. Hansen number and fees due information will be emailed back within 2 business days.
  3. Pay fees to the Treasury Department and submit signed application(s) with required number of folded plans to Customer Service Area.
  4. Check the status of a county development project using the search options below.
Walk-In Submissions
The following steps apply to development review submissions for walk-in application(s) and for Hansen AP# and Fee's:
  1. Submit signed application(s) with required number of folded plans to:
    Development Review
    30 N. Market St.
    Frederick, MD
  2. Hansen # and Fees will be assigned
  3. Pay Fees to Treasury Department at:
    30 N. Market St.
    Frederick, MD
  4. Check the status of a county development project using the search options below.
