Property Management Section
The Property Management Section oversees space allocations for various departments / agencies, develops operating policies and procedures for all facilities, and coordinates relocations of offices and staff as needed. Additional services provided by this office include:
  • Manage the County Building Manager Program
  • Oversee employee parking in the downtown complex
  • Manage the vending contract for county facilities
  • Manage the Building Inspection Program
  • Manage the use of county facilities by outside groups
  • Architectural drafting and design services
