The Frederick County Health Department will provide Free injectable flu vaccine (the flu shot) for children 6 months through 17 years of age.

Flu Clinics will be held on:
Tuesday, January 15, 2013 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm
Wednesday, January 16, 2013 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Both clinics will be held at the Frederick County Health Department located at:
350 Montevue Lane,Frederick, MD 21702.

You will have two options to schedule your appointment after 5:00pm on Friday, January 11, 2013.

Remember to wash your hands and if soap and water are not available to use an alcohol-based hand rub.
