1. Must use a
participating real estate agent and a
participating mortgage lender.
2. Have a
maximum household income at or below 120% of the HUD area median income.
3. Complete an 8-hour Homebuyer Education Program through the Frederick Community Action Agency. Contact

4. Obtain a conforming/government fixed mortgage for a minimum of 30 years. No co-signers.
5. Use the property as primary residence.
6. Obtain a home inspection and home warranty.
