Satellite Recycling Drop-off Centers

There are 11 recycling drop-off centers conveniently located throughout
Frederick County.
Acceptable items are the same as for the Curbside Recycling Program. Please note that paper, metal, plastic and glass recyclables do not have to be sorted, but cardboard should be flattened and placed in its own dumpster.
These drop-off centers are for residential recyclables only and are not for use by school, business, churches, organized groups, or any commercial entities. Such enterprises may recycle by contacting their trash hauler-and may find that they save money on waste disposal fees by doing so. For more information, click here.
There is no charge to take recyclables to any drop-off site.
If you find a problem at one of the recycling drop-off centers, please call 301-600-2960 to report the specific problem and location.
