The teen childbirth education coalition is a collaboration of the Frederick County Health Dept., Family Partnership and Families Plus.Our goal is to empower young women through childbirth education, to have a positive pregnancy and birth outcome. Free teen childbirth education classes are available for pregnant women ages 13-21.  Classes are offered 4 Wednesdays per month (every other month) from    6-8 p.m., at Family Partnership 8420 Gas House Pike Suite EE, Frederick MD, 21701.
