Flexible Spending Accounts
These accounts allow an employee to direct a part of his/her pay, on a pre-tax basis, into a special account that can be used throughout the year for reimbursement of certain health care and dependent care expenses. Employees may save up to the following amounts annually:
  • Health Care FSA: $3,000 max per year
  • Dependent Care FSA: $5,000 max per year

The enrollment form must be completed within 30 days from the employee’s first day of employment. This benefit is administered on a calendar-year basis, and employees must re-enroll in this benefit each year.
