Cancellation Policy
See your instructor on the first day of your program for a schedule. If there is an exception, you will be informed by the Parks and Recreation staff on the program schedule. The division may cancel a program for any reasonable cause.

Inclement Weather
During inclement weather, outdoor programs may be cancelled.
Missed Classes
Every effort will be made to make up for missed classes. Refunds will not be granted for rescheduled classes that are missed due to conflicts with personal schedules.
Refund Policy
If you would like to withdraw from the program, call (301) 600-2936. All requests for refunds must be made two weeks prior to the start of the program. All refund requests must be approved by the Recreation Superintendent. Refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment.
Processing Fee
A $4 processing fee will be charged for each participant per program refunded.
Trips
Registrations for trips that require pre-purchased tickets are not refundable.
