Farm Museum

The Farm Museum was founded in 1977 by the Frederick County Farm Museum Association, Inc. Exhibiting late 19th century and early 20th century agricultural practices and farm family life, the farm buildings provide a glimpse into Frederick County's rich agricultural heritage. The Farm and Family building houses exhibits that highlight various aspects of farm life from the kitchen to the farmer's broom shop. The Bank Barn houses the Planting and Harvesting of Generations exhibit, which includes a collection of agricultural hand tools and machinery. The FMA hosts a spring and fall festival each year.
