Friendship Cafe
The FriendShip Café is now open at the Frederick Senior Center.  The café is open to seniors and the public, Wednesday through Friday from 11am – 1pm.  Selections include a variety of sandwiches, are made from scratch, soup of the day, and salad options.  Click here to see the full menu.   Cash, Check and Credit cards are accepted.


The Frederick Senior Center is located in the heart of Frederick, the largest senior center in Frederick County. It is a very active senior center that provides programs and exercise classes for older adults 55-95 .

We offer a variety of fitness classes such as Strength Training, Chair Yoga, Line Dancing and Zumba Gold; or you can slow the pace with Bridge, Mah Jongg, Art, Knitting and more.

Speakers and educational programs, such as beginner Computer classes are offered monthly, and AARP Driving classes are offered tri-yearly.
