The Frederick County Office of Recycling
The Frederick County Office of Recycling is part of the Department of Solid Waste Management. Our offices are located within the landfill facilities located at 9031 Reichs Ford Road, Frederick MD 21704 (Map It! from your location.)

Office hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. By calling 301-600-2960 you can reach any of the staff listed below. General email may be sent to:

Lori Finafrock, Assistant Superintendent, Department of Solid Waste Management

Lori oversees all recycling staff, operations, contracts and programs and prepares local, state and federal recycling reports, ensuring that the recycling programs comply with Maryland State standards. She is the department's liaison with recycling program officers from other counties and state offices, as well as local communities and municipal leaders.

Bryan Crampton, Recycling Coordinator
  
Bryan serves as the recycling liaison to the Frederick business and residential communities. He can assist residents with curbside recycling questions and businesses with development of their recycling programs.  Bryan assists with contract management, development of outreach materials and preparation of state reports.  He can provide background information and data specific to Frederick County's recycling programs. 
 

Annmarie Creamer, Recycling Outreach Program Coordinator

Annmarie serves as the department’s public information officer and develops the recycling program's promotions, events, contests and communication campaigns. She provides on- or off-site educational presentations for youth or adult groups as well a a wealth of materials for loan to school and homeschool teachers. Have a tricky recycling question? Wondering what happens to your materials after they leave the curb? Annmarie can provide answers or even a DSWM facility tour.
 

Cheri Craigo, Recycling Administrative Assistant

Cheri's is the first face you are likely to see when visiting our administrative office and is also the helpful voice you'll reach on our main phone line. She can answer questions about the recycling program as well as general landfill services and departmental policies and procedures. Cheri assists residents seeking to lease a recycling container or purchase a compost bin and is also the point of contact for organizations wishing to borrow event recycling containers.
