The Bell Court Apartments in Woodsboro, Maryland, are owned by the Frederick County Government and provide affordable rental housing for the low income elderly. Elderly tenants must be 62 or older.

Located at 690 West Adams Circle, Bell Court consists of 28 one-bedroom cottage apartments and a community center.

Frederick County Housing Department is now accepting Wait List
Applications.  Eligible applicants must be 62 years of age or older and must
have an annual income at or below 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) - currently $37,600 for a 1-person household, and $42,900 for a 2-person household.

Applications are available at the Housing Department office at 520 N. Market
Street, Frederick, MD 21701 or may be downloaded – Bell Court Application.

Completed applications will be accepted in person or via US mail to the FC
Housing Department at the address above.  Wait List Applications will be
accepted on a first come-first serve basis, with preference given for Frederick
County residents. Please note that there are typically 2-3 vacancies/year.
