Who Made Your Coat?
Students explore life in the past and discover the similarities and differences to life in the 21st century through reading and interaction. Using the story Charlie Needs a Cloak as a backdrop, students will explore life and work in the 18th century. Students will have the opportunity to become immersed in the story as they participate in activities and learn about the use of natural resources and production of clothing in the past.

Students explore life and foodways of the past. Using the story Pancake, Pancake as a backdrop, students will explore life and food preparation in the 18th century. Students will have the opportunity to become immersed in the story as they participate in activities and learn about the origin of a pancake.
