Maryland Mortgage Program (MMP)
Consider using a Maryland Mortgage product to finance the home purchase and be eligible for additional assistance such as DSELP and Community Partners Incentive (CPIP) match program. DSELP is the Downpayment and Settlement Expense Loan Program which helps eligible borrowers by funding a portion of their closing costs. Through the CPIP, the State will match the financial assistance provided by the HOME Initiative Program, dollar-for-dollar up to $2,500, when the homebuyer uses the State's Maryland Mortgage Program loan to purchase their home. Maryland Mortgage Programs here.
