The goal of Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center is to transition, treat, support and encourage residents to meet their maximum potential, whether this means a return to home or community, or to remain a part of the Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center family.

Citizens’ rehabilitative services include:

• Acute post-operative rehab
• Neurological rehabilitation
• Orthopaedic rehabilitation including orthotics and prosthetics
• Static splinting
• Dysphasia management
• Laryngeal speech training
• Cognitive retraining
• Endurance and strength training
