• The building may only be rented after normal operating hours:

Kitchen

• The Kitchen can only be used for refrigeration and washing of personal food utensils.
• Use of the oven is strictly prohibited.
• No cooking is to take place – food can only be reheated in microwave oven.
• Please check on your application if you intend to have access to the Kitchen.

Special Requests
For special requests such as amplified music, bringing tents, chairs, etc., please fill out the Special Request Permit.
Note: Must be submitted two weeks prior to reservation date.

*All fees including a $400 security deposit must be paid in full when making your reservation.

Note: Only the applicant making the reservation can purchase an alcohol permit. Applicant must appear in person and show proof of age (21 or older) by providing a valid driver’s license or identification card.
