The following instructions apply to persons summoned by the State's Attorney's Office for criminal cases.

ALL DEFENDANTS SHOULD APPEAR, UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED BY THEIR ATTORNEY. THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT APPLY TO DEFENDANTS.

If your case is not mentioned below, please report to the Frederick County Courthouse as indicated on your subpoena.  Please be advised that every effort is made to include all cases, but some determinations may not be made until the day of trial and will not be reflected on this site. Thank you.
