Program Description
*Life Cycles
Introduces students to the
concepts of life cycles through the examination of the insect world. They will
learn how to compare “complete” and “incomplete” life cycles with a focus on
the stages of metamorphosis.
- Program Length: 1 1/2 hours
- Class Size: 10 - 75 students
- Chaperones Required: One chaperone per 15 students
- This class meets the following Maryland curriculum standards: SC.200.10. 01, 02, 03, 05, 06; SC.200.30.01, 02, 03, 04, 05
*In-School Presentations
This program is available as an
in-school presentation. These include: live animal presentations and
interactive nature activities. The program fee will include the cost of
the program plus a $50 transportation fee.
