The Frederick County Fire and Rescue Service's Annual Meritorious Service Awards Program & Promotional Ceremony was held April 14, 2013 (for calendar year 2012) at 2:00p.m. at the Weinberg Center for the Arts in downtown Frederick.  The awards were as follows:
