The Frederick County Senior Tax Credit  was enacted by the Board of County Commissioners on January 3, 2012.  It is effective with the July 1, 2012 tax bill.   The Senior Tax Credit is a supplement to the current Frederick County Homeowner Tax Credit supplement.  The State will administer the credit as part of the State Homeowner Tax Credit program.
