The Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) held a public hearing on November 17, 2011 to discuss and consider the Recommended Water and Sewerage Plan. The BOCC adopted the Recommended Water and Sewerage Plan and forwarded their Approved Plan to the Maryland Department of the Environment on December 9, 2011 for final approval.
