 Property Management Section

The Property Management Section oversees space allocations for various departments/agencies, develops operating policies and procedures for all facilities, and coordinates relocations of offices and staff as needed.  Additional services provided by this Office include:

  • Manage the County Building Manager Program
  • Oversee Employee Parking in the Downtown Complex
  • Manage the Vending Contract for County facilities
  • Manage the Building Inspection Program
  • Manage the use of County Facilities by outside groups
  • Architectural drafting and design services

Facility Use of Frederick County Government Buildings - Policy and procedures concerning the use of a County Facility for a meeting or other purpose.

*Facility Reservation Request Form  - Form required to reserve space in a County Facility for a meeting or other purpose. Fill out completely, sign, and submit to the Building Manager of the facility in question.

To inquire about the availability of a specific County Facility, please make direct contact with the Building Manager of that facility.  He/she knows their facility best and will gladly work with you to accommodate your request.
