Mission Statement:
The County Attorney’s Office will provide the best possible legal services to the Board of County Commissioners and all County boards and agencies. Recognizing that anticipating and preventing legal problems is most efficient, the County Attorney’s Office will endeavor to implement preventive law programs whenever resources permit. In doing so, this Office will always strive to achieve the greatest legal benefit for the citizens of Frederick County. |
