The Board of County Commissioners voted to repeal the False Alarm Ordinance

Effective March 1, 2013

Therefore, effective immediately, the previous requirements under Chapter 1-24 Alarm System Registration, of the Frederick County Code, are no longer required.

This includes registration and renewals for alarm companies and residential and business properties.
