Mission
The Board of License Commissioners regulates the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages within Frederick County.
It is the responsibility of the Board to enforce the provisions of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland and the Frederick County Alcoholic Beverages Regulations.
