FY 14 Grant Program is Underway!

The Board of Frederick County Commissioners invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Community Services Initiative.  Please refer to RFP #13-029 when inquiring.  A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on February 8, 2013 at 1:00PM local time in the Winchester Room, 2nd Floor, located at 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701. 

Separately sealed Technical and Cost envelopes will be received by the Procurement and Contracting Department no later than 4:00PM local time on February 28, 2013 in the Procurement and Contracting Department, located at 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701.  Individuals requiring special accommodations are requested to contact the Procurement and Contracting Department at 301-600-1067 voice, or TTY: Use Maryland Relay.  Frederick County does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, and disability in employment or the provision of services.  The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities in the solicitation.
