Permits for temporary food permits can be applied for by mail (with sufficient time for processing), fax or email.

If there are questions regarding information that is needed prior to permit application, please call or email.

Once information is received, it will be reviewed by a Food Control Sanitarian. Applicants are contacted by the Sanitarian regarding Frederick County Food Regulations. Processing usually takes two business days.

Fees are established during the review process.
