Our mission is to provide quality dental treatment for uninsured and underinsured children of Frederick County in a respectful and compassionate manner.

We are located on the 2nd floor in the Frederick County Developmental Center at the Frederick County Health Department. Services are by appointment only.

This program provides pediatric dental service for patients under the age of 18, including children with special needs.

Services include complete examination, prophylaxis (cleaning), x-rays, fluoride treatment, restorative dentistry (fillings), uncomplicated extractions, sealants, and patient oral hygiene education. 

There are no adult services provided at the Dental Clinic; however we do offer a Gray Area Access Program which is available to clients with limited income and no dental insurance.

Local oral surgeons volunteer to provide dental services in their offices at reduced fees.

This program provides oral health education that introduces good oral hygiene to children enrolled in Frederick County Head Start.
