Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment Rewrite
In July, 2003, the Citizens' Zoning Review Committee (CZRC)completed their final report that recommended amendments and revision to the Zoning Ordinance. The CZRC Report provides the basis for review of themes, additional research, and recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners for Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments.
We are currently updating our Zoning Ordinance using this theme based approach. Themes are identified and moved forward at the direction of the Board of County Commissioners.
