  • Black History Month Proclamation Ceremony previously scheduled for February 9 has been postponed until February 23 at 11:00 a.m., first floor hearing room, Winchester Hall.  Details:  301-600-1100.
  • Board of Elections:  Election judge training on February 9 is canceled.  The training will be rescheduled at a future date. Details:  301-600-VOTE (8683) or visit
  • Circuit and District Courts will operate on normal schedules.
  • County Council: Today's meeting will take place as scheduled at 4:30 p.m.  (AGENDA)
  • Frederick County Public Libraries:  All branches will operate on normal schedules.
  • Meals on Wheels:  Meal delivery canceled today.  Each recipient was contacted prior to the winter storm to make sure they had food for the day and some received shelf stable meals in advance of the storm.  Details: Department of Aging, 301-600-3523.
