​Board Members

The Roads Board consists of a five member appointed board, plus a Frederick County Council liaison. Please see the Roads Board Boundaries Map for Roads Board districts.
District A: Steven H. Burd 
District B: Paul Fitzgerald, AIA, Chairperson
District C: Steve Haller, Vice Chairperson 
District D: Barbara Wyatt
District E: Louis Bonneville
Roads Board Liaison: Phil Dacey, Frederick County Councilman


The Roads Board provides advice and recommendations to the Division of Public Works, the Office of Transportation Engineering,  the Office of Highway Operations, and the County Executive. The Roads Board welcomes public input regarding county maintained roads and bridges.

Please direct Roads Board issues or agenda requests, to Jason Stitt, Office of Transportation Engineering email. It is recommended that one inform the Roads Board sufficiently in advance of the meeting to get an item on the agenda.  I
n this manner, one or more Roads Board members, and/or county staff, may have an opportunity to visit the site in advance of the meeting.
