Effective 10/1/2016 the Rental Programs office will be closed to the public on Wednesdays.
Frederick County residential renters who meet certain requirements may be eligible for the Renters' Tax Credit program. If renters quality, they can receive a credit of as much as $750. More specific information is available at the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation.
