The mission of the Frederick County Department of Housing and Community Development is to assist in the provision of affordable housing for Frederick County residents with an emphasis on special needs populations, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and low to moderate income workforce households. Sinclair Way, Frederick's newest apartment community, is accepting applications for their new apartments.  Completed applications will be accepted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Sinclair Way, 341 West Patrick Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701.
