Sinclair Way, Frederick's newest apartment community, is accepting applications for their new apartments. Completed applications will be accepted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Sinclair Way, 341 West Patrick Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701.
