Current Status (12/31/2021):

Frederick County Board of Health has passed Regulation 02-2021. Effective 5pm on December 31, 2021, all persons 5 years and older are required to wear a mask in all indoor public places. The regulation will remain in effect until positive Covid-19 cases in Frederick County fall below 20 per 100,000 population or this regulation is superseded, amended, or revised by additional Board of Health Regulation.
