JIC COVID-19

The Frederick County Government and its allied agencies involved in the COVID-19 response assembled March 2020 to operate a Joint Information Center. The purpose of the Joint Information Center (JIC) is to ensure consistent coordinated messaging across the participating agencies.

The JIC was disbanded October 14, 2021 as operations transitioned back to the Frederick County Health Department. Frederick County COVID-19 updates are still being provided weekly. Current and archived updates can be viewed here
