Cocktails To-Go-Curbside & Delivery (Restaurants)

Effective July 1, 2021, Cocktail To-Go, both curbside and delivery, ENDS per the State Executive Order.  If you are interested in continuing Cocktails To-Go after July 1, 2021, you must register for this privilege using this FORM.  The Board will be meeting on Monday June 28, 2021, via virtual workshop to set forth regulations.  Once developed, these regulations will be forwarded to those interested.  Currently the state law mandates the following for cocktail to-go (curbside and delivery):

• persons must be a bona fide employee on the payroll or a licensee.  Third party sales or deliveries are not allowed.
• persons must be alcohol awareness certified and at least 21 years of age or older.
• Alcoholic beverages must be  in sealed package or container.  Container must have closed cap, cork or seal or lid with no straw holes.
• Cannot be made to another alcohol licensed establishment.
• Can only be made in Frederick County
• Must be purchased along with prepared food other than prepackaged snacks.
