In an effort to communicate and answer questions regarding proposed changes to the Water and Sewer Rules and Regulations, the Frederick County Division of Utilities and Solid Waste Management (DUSWM) is conducting an outreach meeting on Friday, February 27, starting at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held in the third floor meeting room of Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Md.
The outreach meeting is being conducted in advance of a public hearing scheduled on this subject on Thursday, March 12, at 1:30 pm in the first floor hearing room of Winchester Hall.
