Frederick County Government offices located at 30 North Market Street in downtown Frederick, Maryland, have returned to regular business hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) as of Wednesday, June 17.
Due to significant component failures in the primary and secondary HVAC systems, offices in the building were operating on a modified daily work schedule since June 10.
The Community Development Division, Planning and Development Review Department, Permits & Inspections Department, Sustainability and Environmental Resources Office, Agricultural Land Preservation Office and others, as well as the Treasury Department, were all impacted by this schedule change.
Frederick County apologizes for any inconvenience this altered schedule may have caused citizens.
