Frederick, Md. – The Frederick County Office for Children and Families is leading the work for a Child Care Market Study to improve the child care system for families with young children. The research team conducting the Frederick County Child Care Market Study is hosting three virtual Community Information and Input Sessions to share information from the study and get community ideas on solutions. Each session will focus on a specific audience--- child care providers, families, and employers. Frederick County residents who care about child care, including those impacted by non-traditional work hours, are welcome to attend any of the sessions. Participants must register in advance. Public Policy Associates and Solomon Evaluation are conducting the Frederick County Child Care Market Study on behalf of the Frederick County Office for Children and Families. The findings from the study will be used to look at solutions to improve equitable access to high quality child care.
