This is the online reservation request form to borrow a "R Info 4 Kids!" recycling education kit.

Submitting this form does not guarantee you will have access to the kit at your requested time, but merely enters your request into the system. You should receive an email response or follow up phone call within two business days of submitting this reservation request.

Please note: Non-FCPS borrowers are responsible for picking up and returning the kit to the Department of Solid Waste Management's offices during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm). FCPS staff may have the kits delivered/returned via the county's courier mail system.

The borrower will be asked to sign a materials loan form when they pick up the kit; this shows acknowledgement of responsibility for the materials and signals an intention to care for and return all items in good condition.

The standard loan period is two weeks. If no other requests conflict, a one-time loan extension may be granted. Information on this option will be included in the email confirming your "R 4 Info 4 Kids!" kit reservation.
