Equity and Inclusion Office

The Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI) works to make Frederick County Government a place where everyone feels welcome and respected. OEI supports diversity in the workplace, makes sure fairness is part of every decision, and helps remove barriers for communities in the County that have been historically underserved.
