  • Peer Support Team: Team established from rookies to veterans trained for the purpose of supporting peers through times of personal or professional crisis. These selected members are well-respected and trustworthy members. These members have all signed and agreed to uphold the confidentiality needed to provide members with the resources they desire.   • Safe Call Now: 1-206-459-3020 Staffed by trained first responders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is also available for families. Can assist with treatment options for mental health, substance abuse, and personal related issues. 
  • Fire/EMS helpline (AKA Share the Load): 1-888-731-FIRE(3473) run by The National Volunteer Fire Council.
  • IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery: 1-855-900-8437 or https://www.iaffrecoverycenter.com/ . Treatment center for successful recovery for substance abuse, PTSD, and other co-occurring behavioral health issues. 
  • Harbor of Grace Enhanced Recovery Center: 1-844-425-8333 or https://harborofgracerecovery.com/. A comprehensive addiction and mental health treatment program for first responders.
  • Boulder Crest Retreat: 540-554-2727 or https://bouldercrest.org/ non clinical program designed to cultivate and facilitate traumatic growth among those who struggle with PTSD.
