The Frederick County Historic Preservation Commission is reviewing proposed changes to the
Historic Preservation Ordinance (Chapter 1-23)

Public comment is being accepted and can be emailed to historic@frederickcountymd.gov and during live commission meetings.

The Historic Preservation Commission will also be discussing the draft at special workshops:
