    In this introductory class, participants will learn how to perform hands-only chest compressions in the event of sudden cardiac arrest on teens and adults. No rescue breaths are performed in this practice. This class is for general education purposes only and is considered a starting point to learning formal CPR; once participants complete this class, they will not be considered CPR certified and will not meet the requirements if they need a CPR certification for their job. In addition, participants will go through Stop the Bleed training, which will teach individuals how to respond to and control severe, life-threatening bleeding in the event of a traumatic injury.
