The Coalition for a Healthier Frederick County, Frederick County Health Department and Frederick Health Hospital are asking all Frederick County residents to participate in a survey about community health issues in Frederick County, Maryland. This online survey is anonymous, confidential, and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. It will remain open until July 31, 2024.
The questions include aging in place and mobility challenges in addition to possible transportation challenges.
