FREDERICK, MD – Linganore Road will be closed near the intersection of Plantation Road on or about October 8, the Frederick County Traffic and Permit Section announced today.
This closure will allow a developer to construct a realignment of Linganore Road slightly to the northwest of the existing alignment, consistent with the approved plans for the Westridge subdivision. Detour signs will be placed along MD 144, Old National Pike, Boyers Mill Road, Gas House Pike and Monocacy Boulevard.
The project is expected to last approximately six weeks, weather permitting.
