Relay Services

With Maryland Relay, people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf and Blind or Speech Disabled can easily communicate through TTY (text telephone) with anyone using a standard phone. In addition, Maryland Relay provides links to multiple Internet Protocol Relay providers.

An alternative to using a TTY, offers the ability to use a web-enabled PC or wireless device on which the relay user types their side of the conversation while an operator reads it aloud to the called party.
