Lights at Winchester Hall

Winchester Hall, the seat of Frederick County Government, sometimes is lighted with various colors to raise awareness of certain issues.

• November 6-12 - Operation Green Light for Veterans

Past campaigns:

• September 2023 - Purple in observance of National Recovery Month and red for Sepsis Awareness Month
• June 2-4, 2023 - Wear Orange Weekend for gun violence awareness 
• May 4-7, 2023 - Light the Night red in memory of fallen firefighters
